The staff here is amazing and very friendly! Our pup hurt her leg and they were able to find space for us the same day. The next morning they also called to check in and make sure she was feeling okay.
There is a small lawn out front where you can walk your dog if needed and they have waste bags available if you forget yours.
There is also a bench outside if you want to wait out of the lobby to help keep your pet calm.
There is plenty of parking available (even if some customers choose not to utilize it).
In the short time waiting for our appointment, at least 4 people parked in random areas in front of or around the door instead of using designated spaces; mentioning this so that you don’t think you need to park somewhere else if you see someone parked in a weird place and can be more aware when walking in with your pet.
